The Role

Position: Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal (we’ll work with the right person)
Compensation: Starting at $15/hr + 15% Commission
Location: Greater Lansing area — Lansing, East Lansing, DeWitt, Delta Township, Holt, Okemos, Grand Ledge, Mason, Williamston, and surrounding communities

What You’ll Be Doing

Knocking residential doors in targeted neighborhoods across the Lansing metro area
Having genuine, low-pressure conversations with homeowners about their exterior cleaning needs
Booking estimates and appointments on the spot
Representing the LPPW brand with professionalism and energy
Providing feedback from the field to help us serve customers better

What We’re Looking For

Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking to strangers
Self-motivated — you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to work hard
Reliable transportation to get to neighborhoods across the service area
Comfortable working outdoors in Michigan weather
18 years or older
Prior sales or door-to-door experience is a plus.
