Gutter Cleaning Technician

Lansing Precision Power-Wash is Mid-Michigan's go-to exterior cleaning company, and gutter season is picking up fast. We're looking for hardworking, detail-driven people to join our crew for the fall/winter gutter cleaning rush.

This isn't a desk job and it's not a "figure it out yourself" gig either. You'll be out on job sites clearing gutters by hand, bagging debris, and making sure every downspout runs clear before Michigan winter hits. The Role

Position: Gutter Cleaning Technician
Type: Seasonal (fall/winter rush, with potential to move into other services)
Compensation: Starting $19/hr (Can be higher based on experience)
Location: Greater Lansing area - Lansing, East Lansing, DeWitt, Delta Township, Holt, Okemos, Grand Ledge, Mason, Williamston, and surrounding communities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hand-clearing gutters and downspouts, bagging debris, and hauling it off site

  • Checking that water flows freely through every downspout before we call the job done

  • Working safely on ladders and around roof lines

  • Protecting customer property the whole time (landscaping, outlets, fixtures, all of it)

  • Communicating professionally with homeowners on-site

  • Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment and the truck/trailer setup

  • Leaving every property spotless when you leave, no debris left behind

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic: you show up on time, ready to work, every single day Detail-oriented - you notice what others miss and take pride in doing things thoroughly Comfortable working outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work Reliable transportation to meet at the shop or job sites Team player who can also work independently when needed 18 years or older Prior pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience is a plus - but we'll train the right person
