Terms of Service

Payment Responsibility: By approving or signing a quote, the customer agrees to pay the full amount due upon completion of the contracted project. The customer is responsible for paying the full amount within 7 full days of the completed work. Property managers may be exempt from this responsibility if contracted with a 30-day net payment. For customers with an unpaid balance after 7 days, Lansing Precision Power-Wash LLC reserves the right to add accruing 5% late fees for every 30 days past due. The non-paying customer is responsible for attorneys and court fees if needed to resolve the non-payment. All down deposits made will be credited toward the final invoice upon completion of the project and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

House Wash: Low-pressure siding cleaning includes the removal of common environmental debris such as dirt, grime, algae and mildew which adhere to siding. Excessive staining or build-up of non-organic debris such as oxidation and staining on siding are not included and should be noted on your work order before time of service. Although low pressure is used for siding cleaning, customers are responsible for damage that can occur due to poor maintenance and/or low-grade building materials.

Roof Cleaning & 1 Year Limited Warranty: Lansing Precision Power-Wash does not use high-pressure or wire brushes during service and follows the roof manufactures process and recommendations. A soft brooming estimate might be provided to agitate and remove excess build-up before applying our cleaning solution which will kill 100% of the remaining organic growth and its root systems. All remaining dead compounds may take up to 3 months to fall off naturally. This process was designed to thoroughly clean your roof without damaging shingles.

If any mold, mildew or moss growth is observed within 1 year of your service date, Lansing Precision Power-Wash will return and retreat these areas at no charge. Your warranty covers correctly pitched roof types such as shingles, concrete/clay tile, asbestos, and compound surfaces with no pooling on the roof surface.  

Tree limbs and debris resting on or within eight (8) feet of a roof surface can void your warranty. This limited warranty is transferable to the new owner of a property.

Window Cleaning Subscription Service:

Eligibility – Subscription rates are available only to clients who have signed a payment agreement and have a valid card on file with us.

1. Payment Agreement – By enrolling, you agree to the full term of your payment agreement. Early cancellation is not permitted. Service may be cancelled only after your agreement has ended.

2. Service Scheduling – Cleaning dates are set by Lansing Precision Power-Wash and may be changed at our discretion due to weather or operational needs.

3. Access Requirements – Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to all windows on the scheduled date. Missed appointments due to access issues are billed $50.

4. Renewal – Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions will not automatically renew. You may choose to re-enroll after your agreement ends.
